A robot cell consisting of a safety range, a magazine, a rinsing or washing area and the robot was planned as an addition to the grinding machine.
The magazine is filled manually by an operator, after which the machine can operate autonomously for up to 24 hours and be monitored by remote control.
For quality control, a small airlock for test parts was included, through which randomly processed workpieces can be removed during operation for manual inspection.
